Terms of service

Parcel Duty is a calculator that estimates the customs duty, import VAT and fees on a parcel sent between the United States and the European Union. Every figure is an estimate under the rules in force on the date shown; the final assessment is always made by the customs authority at the border. The estimates are not legal, tax or customs advice, and we accept no liability for decisions made on them.

The calculator is free. One thing is sold: a PDF report of your own calculation, at the price shown before payment. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record — Polar is the seller of record for your purchase, and Polar's checkout terms apply to the transaction. The report is generated from the inputs you entered and is delivered immediately after payment as a download.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We may change or discontinue any part of it at any time. If a purchase goes wrong — the download fails, the report is broken — write to flex27853@gmail.com and we will fix it or refund it.
