Refund policy

If you are unhappy with a purchased report for any reason — the download failed, the numbers were not what you needed, or you simply changed your mind — write to flex27853@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase with the receipt number from your Polar email, and we will refund it in full. No questions, no forms.

Refunds are issued by Polar, the merchant of record, back to your original payment method, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also request a refund directly through the link in Polar's receipt email.
